Eloura Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction matters. If you’re not happy with your Eloura magnetic lashes, here’s what you need to know.

30-Day Happiness Guarantee


  • Unused items: Full refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • Gently used lashes: Eligible for store credit or partial refund, depending on their condition.

  • Hygiene first: Used lashes cannot be resold, but we’ll work with you if they weren’t a good fit.

Application Issues


  • Lashes are easy to apply, but if you follow instructions and still can’t use them, contact us.

  • Solutions may include store credit, partial, or full refunds depending on the case.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items


  • Damaged/defective: Free replacement if reported within 30 days.

  • Missing items: Report within 48–72 hours for reshipment.

  • Important: Do not return items to the manufacturer. Email eloura@elouranz.com with your order number, issue description, and photos/videos.

Returns & Refunds


  • Eligibility: Must be unused, in original packaging.

  • Non-returnable: Gift cards.

  • Refunds: Processed to your original payment method. Deduct $4.99 restocking fee; original shipping non-refundable.

  • 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the delivery date.

Style Changes


  • Contact us within 1 day if you want to change lash styles or quantity before dispatch.

  • Shipped orders must be returned first for exchanges. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility.

Early Cancellations


  • Cancel before dispatch for a refund minus $3.99 operational fee + ~3% payment fees.

Shipping & Delivery


  • We use local couriers; once dispatched, the package is under their control.

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered items must be claimed with the courier.

  • Undelivered packages returned to the courier may incur additional reshipping costs.
